The Death Dealer is one of the most famous works of fantasy artist Frank Frazetta. There are several paintings about this character, but shi is the best known of all.
The icon of fantasy art has been widely used: I made a t-shirt with it back in the 90s. Besides that... it has been the cover of an album by rock band Molly Hatchet.
