In 1989 the Fundación Juan March held and exhibition about Magritte in Madrid. One of my school teachers encouraged us to visit the gallery.

Magritte is a reference in surrealism in XX century. Some of their paintings were known to me: a book cover, the men in the bowler hat, the -not a- pipe... But the star of the exhibition was La corde sensible.

I kept this poster in my room for years. It is my favourite from the author.
